Unacceptable service.

Went for an x-ray. They made a mistake and did not do the correct x-ray as per the doctor's instruction. They send me an account that I queried. They admitted to making a mistake but I still need to pay the full cost according to them. Very disappointed. I will not recommend them or make use of their services again.
