My daughter is admitted at Medforum and when he was supposed to take the second xray i was told to pay the outstanding amount of R2000 that the medical aid didnt pay . i went to GEMS to enquire about this and they told me they are busy processing claims sent to them be DE BEER DE JAGER RADIOLOGISTS. and now when i go back to the medforum DE BEER DE JAGER RADIOLOGISTS rooms no one could explain why i had to pay that amount and i was referred to drive to Hatfield. i called Hatfield and Joyce told she is investigating and today she called me telling me that the person who works with GEMS will only be back on monday. is this some kind of **************** because you are used to getting money from people through this method and now that i found out that there is no such nonsense as medical aid couldn't pay they keep taking me up and down when they have to refund my money. i am taking this further i need my money, i had to borrow that money because i was told my daughter wont be assisted should that money not be paid i also need my money why does it have to drag. the medical aid is processing all payments why do you need more money from me. this is a scheme for getting more money from people .
