De Backery needs a friendlier teller

I have a sweet tooth and enjoy good baking. I have purchased from this legendary bakery as far as I can remember almost 20 years. The have an awesome spread to buy. They make the Best petit fours and granadila cups and affordable buttercream and fresh cream cakes etc. The teller lady that now serves at the end of the shopping experience I have observed is not the best but perhaps the worst personality they could have put. I have resorted to just walk through and lose appetite for all those tempting treats. Can you do something about this. I miss all the different ladies who served with a smile and professionally.
