ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED

I MUST SHARE THIS<br> I had a problem with my account because I did not get any joy from my consultant after I agreed to a payment plan and I was very unhappy about it because I only started the arrangement in May and I could not afford the total amount owing. I have send emails and made calls to the consultant but with no reaction.<br> Yesterday I phoned and it was said that all consultants were busy but someone will phone me back. A very friendly lady by the name of Kim phoned me not even 5 min back later. She was very understanding and professional in the way she handled my query and concern about the account and with no further problem from her side she assisted me and my account was sorted out. She went the extra mile that did not even took 10 min and she even offered me a discount if i had to settle in 21days. She tolerated my angriness and frustration without being unfriendly and she calmed me down. Thank you for this consultant. I will contact her in the future if I experience any problem.
