Disappointing service

Extremely disappointed in the service I received from them this time

The first time I ordered I was very happy

This time… not so much… I placed an order on 7/10 and was asked to do an immediate payment so that my order could be processed quicker.

Communication was terrible

I payed for courier and immediate payment just to wait a whole month and had to go and fetch it myself. I also let them know that my order was 3 magnets short and my messages just kept getting ignored 🤬 Not a very happy customer
