Beware of this company. Once they have been paid its impossible to get them back to complete the small things they did not do correctly the first time. They installed a new pool pump and motor but bad water hose connections are allowing air to leak into the system causing an eventual airlock. This is something that happens over hours rather than minutes so could not be detected directly after installation. DDD POOL & SPA SERVICES invoice states in bold print that the pump and motor are guaranteed for two years and their workmanship guaranteed for five years. Thirty nine phone calls to Deon have illicited maybe 5 promises of ‘we will definitely be there tomorrow’. The rest of the calls went through to a MTN call return service. We waited in vain. Since then we have had another company in to rectify the problem (at additional cost)
