***** from DDC Holdings.

This DDC Holding deducted R99.99 from my account without my consent. i dont know who they are, never heard of them and not even sure how the got hold of my personal information. when i called this number ********** 503 the lady did not have answers as to how did this happen. they don't want to remove my details from their system as they say i must wait for investigations. i don't know what investigations do i need to wait for because what they did is *****. they need to be reported and stopped.

The bank also is not able to protect us from such as they mentioned that i will have to pay for them to block this people and it will only be for 3 months but if this people change a reference number, they can still debit.

what must happen now, when we are ****** like this?
