Bad service provider!

I had this service provider come and 'fix' my fridge which he then claimed he did and that I should wait awhile before the fridge gets cold. Subsequently the next morning my fridge was still not working and he gave me countless of excuses in returning to fix it all while demanding his pay upfront. I ended up having to call in someone else.
