BEWARE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ******

These people are complete ***boys! Do not use them. My husband got their number somewhere as the official repairer of our Rosieres oven. They removed the oven and its never worked properly since. I contacted the real agents Eurafican, and the technician says the whole oven needs rewiring as they have made such a mess of it. We had called DD Gas as one oven was not reaching the required temperature. They charged me for an expensive new thermometer but the technician says it was never replaced. And there is so much more. They have fixed their facebook page reviews so however bad the reviews (and they are all terrible) it gives it 5 star. Real ******. When you contact them to question it all or ask for your money back, they become uncontactable.
