Unprofessional and no integrity

Unprofessional and lack of integrity, I placed an order for a shoe, paid in full, got an email that the shoe was damage and the couldn't satisfy the delivery. Was asked to choose something else if possible I saw a shoe I took a picture and sent to them the shoe had a 10% discount on it, I said this is the other shoe I can opt for I never received a response now they have sent me a voucher. My issue is why advertise a shoe that is damage coz even now after 3 days that shoe that they claim is damage is still on their website. 2nd issue why discount a shoe and refuse to sell it to me with the discounted prize that was showing on the website? So disappointed
