TAKEN FOR A RIDE

I bought pair of samba shoes, size was not a perfect fit and requested exchange. I was not successful as it was claimed the shoes were worn. I was requested to pay R100 for courier service which I did, to this day I'm still waiting for delivery. I made several enquiries using email and yesterday I was informed the courier service has confirmed delivery. I never received my shoes, I need clarity as to where, when, who and which address did they deliver to as the whole thing is a mystery.
