Refund

I have placed an order. Paid the full amount and an email stating that the shoe I have ordered has been damaged and therefore they are unable to deliver. I was given an option to get a voucher on my next order or cancel the order and request a refund. I opted for a refund but it has been 10 days now and I have not heard from the store. My order number.
