Mistake in their stock
I ordered on Black Friday and yesterday they sent me an email saying that their supplier made a mistake with the stock. Like really I ordered Friday and only yesterday advise me of this.
Yes they apologized and offered me a refund but that is not fair. On Friday there were massive sales happening all over but I chose to spend MY money with DC one. They took my money for items yet can't fulfill my order. Most places only had a 1 day sale on Friday, I could have spent my money somewhere else to buy gifts if DC ONE had correctly advertised stock and quantity! Even after I ordered there was stock of some sizes left.
