LAME EXCUSE
Bought size 4 shoes and was not perfect fit and enquired about exchange, courier was send for collection at my house and when I make follow up, I'm told exchange won't be possible as the shoes were worn and I'm also expected to pay R100 for courier service. Can I honestly request exchange knowing I have worn the shoes.
