Horrible service
I made an online purchase on 18/11/24. Shoes were delivered timeously. On 21/11/24 I logged an exchange for a smaller size. I was informed a courier company would collect the shoes but till today 25/02/25 (3months later) the shoes have not been collected. I have sent numerous emails but with no response.
So sad how poorly customers are treated.
