Horrible experience

After process my order I received an email that one of the products were damaged. They said that they can give a refund, I can order something else or a voucher. I asked them if I would receive free shipping if I take the voucher. The lady agree that I would. So I took the voucher. I was ready to make another order but i had to pay the shipping fee. When I contacted DC.ONE they just kept on saying that it’s a misunderstanding. They refused to deal with my order or give me the free shipping that they had promise.
