The shoes I bought on-line in their sale arrived yesterday. I ordered two pairs originally but received a call from their team saying that they weren't happy with the quality of the one pair and would refund me for it. I was taken aback by this level of service to be honest. Refund processed. Communication excellent and my order received. I will purchase from them again.
