False advertising

Not a good start to my introduction to DC.ONE Found a pair of shoes I've been looking for on their site. Download the app and get a notification that I qualify for a discount for the first purchase on the app. Great, I think. Add my chosen shoes to the basket, head to checkout, fill in details and apply the discount code only to be told that the code isn't available to me right now. Nothing like false advertising and promises to turn me off a business, no matter how good their products are.
