Disappointed at the lack of communication

At this point I am not sure who to contact anymore. Ordered shoes online, at first I was told that I did not choose a store where I want to pick up my shoes which is not true otherwise why was the order successful. Then today I was called to participate in a survey about how my order that time I have not received a single email, sms or any sort of communication about my order. All it says is that it has been paid, apparently my order has beeeeeeeeeen ready for pick up but how do I pick it up without proof, no reference number, no email, no sms, nothing. I used to be a fan of DC1 but WOW, what a way to change mind. I keep sending emails but no one has ever responded to that email. Like wow. Whatever is happening with my order, have the common decency to at least let me know Hao banna
