Disappointed

I ordered shoes online, which unfortunately did not fit. I have emailed, called, whatsapped. Yet no courier has come to collect the shoes for a return and refund. I have been waiting for over two weeks for them to collect these shoes. Each time I contact them they keep saying the courier will come in 1-2 business days or he is coming today. To date no one has come to collect the shoes.
