DC.ONE Theft

I purchased Espadrilles from Miss Black in 2023. I returned more than a carton of damages and asked if I could return all the Espadrilles as I wasn't comfortable selling the product anymore. Upon requesting the return of the products, I received confirmation and acceptance of the products from Adam Engelbrecht. A few days later I get a call from Adam advising me that their procedures do not work this way and they will replace the damaged stock and deliver them back to me. I wasn't comfortable with the decision hence I requested to return the stock in the first place. I eventually agreed for the stock to be brought back to me.

After selling 2 pairs of the new stock another damaged pair was returned. I then decided that my reputation would look bad if I continued selling defected stock and told the accounts division at DC that I would pay off the stock as they didn't want the stock back.

I paid for 2 months then received an email from Robby Stoller advising me that they will collect all the stock. The stock was collected by Adam Engelbrecht 12/04/2024.

There is now a credit of R5759.50 on my account they don't want to help me with a refund neither other stock to make up the funds I have paid to them already.
