DC One *****s the customers money

I am so disappointed with the lack of service from this company, I bought 1 pair of shoes a couple of months ago and the services was great, based on that i ordered 3 pairs of shoes the first week in December, logged a return, a lady with the name Alicia i think rep**** and 2/3 pairs were collected/returned. However, i was not refunded for the 2 pairs that has been returned, i have emailed x4 times, i have sent a message on IG and FB, no response. This is ***** and theft. Even though i love the shoes, i will never purchase again, I am going to the police, as in this day and age, no-one can afford paying for things they literally don't have. I ordered the same shoes on Superbalist as DC didn't have a size to swop, i never have any issues. You need to look at your route to market, customer service and return policy.

Please don't buy shoes from them, they ***** your money and don't give it back.
