I bought the shoes on the 27 of May 2023, and then I take them back on the 31 may 2023, because I didn't like it , and the store manager and their staff **** to me said the they can not refund or exchange, while the company policy said they won't refund or exchange on the item that it's on say,

Now they even giving me attitude, they are not professional,

According to me that shop it's nonsense, I pay my money and they give me such attitude behavior 😒
