Bad Customer Experience.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I received such a bad customer experience and I don’t think that I will ever buy from this company. Their courier company act as if they are making deliveries but they are actually not. Yesterday, I waited the whole day for the courier to drop my parcel but they didn’t arrive at all and then, they **** about my phone not being able to reach. And to my surprise, it is the second time that they are lying about coming to my residence. The first time, they **** about not finding anyone at home while there was someone in the house so I will never recommend someone to buy from this store again. They have shown me that they don’t care about their customers, they are just after our money. I bought shoes on the 16th of November and I waited until today to be delivered, those shoes were meant for this weekend but I guess that I need to buy alternative shoes at a reputable store that can assist their customers to the fullest. DC.ONE will never see my money again and they will never be recommended by me. I am highly disappointed and I am writing them off. To think that I have retail experience but I have never witnessed such a poor service.
