Appalling customer service
I've placed an order and had to follow up with DC.ONE 4 days after about when my item can be expected on which I was told (via email) that as soon as it's dispatched from the warehouse I will get a notification. 7 Days after my order I was informed that the item is damaged and they cannot fulfil my order and if I don't reply within 24 hours there will be no refund and I will get a voucher for my next purchase. I will never ever use them again I don't care how many vouchers they give me.
