Contracted the services of DCN Marketing to produce, market and host a business website together with an ecommerce product purchase feature. The company received payment in full however failed to complete the work they were contacted for. Each time I try to contact the owner for a meeting or to host the website live he keeps ignoring my calls and does return calls or messages. Does not want to return the money taken for the work not done.
