I have never been irritated like this, I had an arrangement for this company to deduct an amount monthly on my salary to help pay off my African Bank accounts but what they do is to debit me every time an amount is paid to me even weekly for my incentives. I have made a complaint through them but no one seems to know what they're doing, so going forward I want and I will be paying African Bank directly, so I want DCM to STOP debiting me and reverse the 2 payments that they have deducted from me this month. I am fed up of this nonsense seriously, you can go and do as you please to people's accounts and not live up to the agreement. If this is not attended to with immediate effect I will be taking it further, I can't be wasting my airtime calling you guys and logging complaints and still can't seem to resolve this!
