DCM group (court orders regarding maintenance)

Hi, the magistrate put out a court order for payments for maintenance and requested that the place of employment (absa bank) pays on behalf of the father as he was defaulting.

Absa said they use a company called DCM GROUP for all their garnishee and maintenance orders. DCM received payments in respect to October and November in 2023 and when I called to inquire they didn't give me a reason why they held the money. They made a deposit of 2months in December 2023. In January they made one payment in respect to December maintenance only after I called and inquired multiple times. And they said that I needed to provide them with a cover letter from my bank which I did and they confirmed to receive it. Yet no other payment has been made. I called again this month and they told me that the employee who deals with the garnishee and maintenance orders "left" their company and I'd have to wait for them to locate the emails so they have to catch up. I told them I could send them all the communication I had with the lady who left. Yet nothing is still being done. The lady who they say left their company is Jewelyn Mziza and I also spoke to Thandeka whom I don't know her surname and the latest person I spoke and sent all the correspondence between myself and their ex employee is Samantha.
