Bad service from DCM

The company have been helping with my debts up until they stop paying Direct Axis my loan, I'm now on 14 months arrears and my accounts being handed over to Vertex Solution, meaning I'm back to score one, I've tried to get clarity from Veronica Mokhine and Janine Viljoen up to date, I'm still waiting. Can u pls help me as now I want them to pay Direct Axis all the arrears.. DCM are more bad than anything, I'll rather pay my debts myself than be more on debts.
