DCG glass - terrible service

Terrible service. Came to repair a windscreen and cut the wires to the harness. I have been without a car for 4 months. Not once did they reply to emails. They refused to pay for a rental car - I am a regional manager and need a vehicle to do my job!! Never ever use this company. I have informed my broker to change my insurer - can't believe this is an approved service supplier for my current insurer ???
