***** dstv installers and ***** landlord

A month back I moved into Into a complex, Sylvia Heights, worst choice I’ve ever made. There was a problem with the dstv signal. I called multichoice. The asked a few questions and found my signal strength is -1. I then called the care taker who said he doesn’t know how it works. He’ll contact installers to come check. The next day they came. “Apparently “ they said the signal was ok, the problem is my decoder. I requested the quote which they failed to give. To my surprise, today I found out the total charge is R950. I was not told about the quotation amount. I suspect it’s a lie that the problem was with my decoder just so I can pay the amount. Now their phones aren’t working.Moving to Sylvia Heights, together with their crock dstv people. bad experience. I can’t wait for the lease agreement to be over
