Really *** service with ****y operators and empty promises. I stay 45 from JHB, yet it takes them 5 days to do a delivery....

As per our discussion, once again, I do apologize for the inconvenience caused and the service that you have experienced. At DCB we strive to be the best and provide the best service. We will be addressing all aspects of your complaint.

Background on the your parcel.

We received the parcel on Thursday @ 15:17, we follow scheduled routes and Broederstroom was not scheduled to run on Friday. The parcel is also marked EC and the lead time is 2 - 3 working days for delivery.

I can confirm that your parcel is out on delivery today, and will be delivered between 16:00 - 18:00 today.

Thanks for the response Natasha, What angered me was the fact that the operator said the driver was already en-route to me (Friday) and that I will receive it shortly. I did receive my parcel yesterday (Monday) at 19:00 though. Kind regards, D Steyn
