Rude customer service person

I work for a manufacturing company in Pretoria and we have an account with DCB. I called them to pick up a package to be delivered to Johannesburg. The lady responsible for bookings was shockingly rude and she raised her voice at me several times. It was my first time dealing with the company directly but from the service I received, I will not be making use of their services in my private capacity. Please employ customer service personnel with actual people s****s.
