Poor and no Delivery - DCB will not take responsibility for their own negligence

Undelivered goods and absolutely no responsibility from DCB Logistics. I spoke with the owner and he promised me that he would look into the situation only to get feedback from his management a month later after repeatedly trying to get hold of him stating that they will not take any responsibility for the damaged stock. The stock was damaged due to their own negligence and still they will not take any responsibility whatsoever! We placed an order for a courier service on Green coffee beans which automatically qualify as perishable goods and they decided to transport the goods with poisonous chemicals. The poisonous chemicals leaked onto our coffee beans and they never delivered the goods. DCB also did not think of informing us and I had to follow up on where our delivery was just to find out that they will not deliver the goods because it is a policy with them that they can't deliver the goods... I will never do business with DCB again!!!
