No customer service

Horrible customer service experience. Calls me to confirm delivery time. We confirm for after 12:00. I wait until 18:00 nothing comes.

Next day they tell me they were there and I wasn't. Very doubtful if that is true. Because within 6 hours I never received a hooter or one phone call. The delivery guy clearly has my number...that is how he confirmed the previous morning. I paid. No delivery of goods!!!

Now I must wait another 48 hours because according to them it's not on there route the following day.

When I spoke to them and explained everything. They promised to call me back and that also never happened.

I guess with them you will get it when you get it..
