Foods couriered with poisonous chemicals

I booked a courier service through RUSH couriers with DCB Logistics for R8000 worth of Coffee beans. DCB couriered the coffee with poisonous chemicals which got leaked onto our coffee beans, So far DCB have not taken any responsibility whatsoever and due to their negligence I had to buy the coffee beans again and I had to use another respectable courier to deliver the coffee. I am running a business and can not afford to stand still while I am waiting for this issue to be resolved. I had a loss of R8500 because of DCB's negligence and I still haven't heard anything back from them regarding the issue and how they are going to resolve it.
