3 D problems

Can't complain about the service because there aint none. I bought a Ender 3 vs 3 KE 3D printer. Since day 1 i had problems. I complained about the board being scratched & the screen that fell of. I was told i had to take photos the day i opened the box.We dealing with the chinese. I told the owner Donald im not dealing with the chinese. I'm dealing with him.

please help urgently !!??
