Very bad Customer service witch is full of lies.

This has happened to me 3 times in total now, on the 3rd time im beginning to get a bit frustrated. Are this employees on drugs ?<br> <br> So i place a order with on of the senior sales representatives, after my order is placed i receive no phone call at all, about 5 hours later i call them to follow up on my order , he said he forgot to call me and i he can proceed with my order ??? i told him that is is fine and we can proceed, after that he ASSURED me that the product will be there 4pm the same day , he will be expecting me then. Only when driving 50 minutes trough traffic and arriving at the place he told me sorry, he had no stock ? \ he has my number and name "after that he tells me BUT he has this Part available with the same specifications to fit into my DESKTOP. So i trust him and take the product. after reviewing it at home i saw it is a piece of garbage not even on the companies Price List/Stock List. Also the specifications were about 5 times worse that the original product\""he promised me it is the same specifications\"" I called his secratry"
