Plumber did not return to finish job. Theft of cash given to buy parts for geyser.

The owner of DC plumbing, in Klerksdorp, Mr. Dennis Chidrawi, was instructed by Santam, to inspect a faulty geyser at a property. His helper had to test the thermostat which he apparanty found to be faulty. He removed it. I suggested that I will give him cash to go and buy a new part for the geyser. I phoned the supplier and Dennis himself spoke to the salesman to confirm exactly what he needs. He and the helper left with a mutual agreement to return immediately in order to replace the geyser's thermometer. When they didn't return I phoned the supplier who confirmed that Mr. Dennis Chidrawi, did not come to buy it from them. I reported it to Santam and they also tried to call Dennis who until now, did not answer any calls...!!!!
