Worst company ever
<p>Let me start with there is never a debt Counsellor available when I phone to sort stuff out. This makes it very difficult to get answers. Most of the time they don't even phone back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Since last year every month I check my statements and basically every second month my saldo are wrong. For example I pay R800 the the saldo will only go down by R500 where is the other R300. </p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I phone my last three people that I owe money too according to</p> <p>DC payments I still owe them R1719 and I owe only R425. </p> <p>DC payments R2400 I owe them R1415</p> <p>DC payments R3590 I owe them R0.00</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I sent them the paid up letter for the R3590 then I got a email back to just tell me I still owe all of my creditor money and they still waiting for paid up letters. This after some of my creditors is done paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time DC payments tell me they only get the correct updated saldo every other month. So this mean I pay pay pay and pay and they feel nothing for me that asked for help to get me out this financial mess. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you are with them please check you statements and phone the people that you owe money to for regular saldo updates because they don't do it and then you pay longer than you should. I just got this months statement after I told them the creditors is finished paid they still paid them R738 that could have finished a other account. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are the worst company I ever have dealt with please think twice if you want to make use of them.</p>
