I app**** for a debt review with them and I was told I would pay R2654.05 for 40 months. I managed to pay 3 of my creditors myself after that and I asked for my installment or payment period to be reduced since my debt has dropped. their consultant said i would then pay R1750 a month for 40 months. I then asked for them to cancel the R2654.05 debicheck on my bank account and send the R1750 one. Another consultant then sent me an email saying they cnt reduce the amount and that the payment period is now 80 months (not what I had agreed on on the phone with the 1st consultant). Since they were yet to deduct on my account I asked for this whole process to be withdrawn because the trust was broken and i could not continue working with them. They then sent an sms saying the process has been withdrawn due my non payment and unresponsiveness. They have since not remove the R2654.05 debicheck mandate from my account and are not replying on all my emails regarding this.
