********** COMPANY!!!

DC Payment Solutions is the most *********** company I have ever dealt with! But most importantly they are ********** and should be shut down. If I was not under debt review I would take them to court with what they have and are still doing to me.

I have a long list one too long to fit in this but these are the main points: 1) Two creditors - MFC and Nedbank, have left the debt review agreement, which I was not aware of, and was not informed of, yet Nedbank told me they have sent DC Payment Solutions 4 letters of default and informed them My personal loan and credit card have not been under debt review since September 2022 which I had no idea of. It explains why I have been harasser with SMS's from Nedbank saying my account has been handed over and the sheriff will deliver a summons.

I own that I didn't pay my account for 3 months - July 2022, August 2022 and September 2022, as I was put on temporary disability leave due to medical reasons and was retrenched. I did however catch up ALL the payments - three months worth of missed payments in October 2022. It turns out that DC Payment Solutions NEVER caught up these missed payments for Nedbank on my behalf, which begs the question, WHERE IS MY MONEY?

2) iPDA, who DC Payment Solutions contract to pay my creditors took R1900 for 3 months and paid it to Standard Bank, another creditor of mine, with NO INSTRUCTION from me, which meant MFC left the debt review agreement and it was the a whole process to get them on board and payment agreements to catch up the account needed to be made.

3) They are so childish that they wont even return my calls or take them. They also wont respond to my emails. This leaves me with no choice but to post here in the hopes they will begin communicating with me. I am trying to get the National Credit Bureau involved but they are over loaded and not helping me yet.

I could continue writing for ages but I think this says enough.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM BOTH DC PAYMENT SOLUTIONS AND iPDA THEY ARE ********** AND *********** AND CHILDISH!!!
