I registered with them I'm 2021,they started deducting money last year January the agreement was 17month I've registered 3 accounts with them I've skipped 2months but I could say 1 because I've payed one month I've skipped,to my surprise last year December I've received a call from one of the shops they told me my account is in arrears and it's back to the shop,when I phoned DC Payment Solutions they told me I've skipped but when ask them before signing the contract with them they said if I skip they adding a month I feel I was ******.

As the Debt Counsellor, we would not advise that we will extend your repayment term when a payment/s was skipped. Kindly keep in mind that you have entered an agreement where you are paying less than the contractual amount therefor the credit providers will terminate the agreement because you are not adhering to the new agreement. With the confirmation call we do advise that it is very important to not miss any of your instalments as this could lead to terminations. Your review is unclear as to what type of assistance you require, therefor kindly contact our offices and ask to be transferred to Emmanuel or Annelize (Debt Counsellors in the Office) to be assisted with your review.
