Complian of loan appplication

Good evening. I would like to pay a complain about Dc Payment Solutions My mother Ruth Mahlafunya was call by DC Payment Solutions on the 28 November last year offering her a loan to settle all of her debts , she was intrested in taking the loan , so they requested her to send ID , Pay slip from work , Bank Account and Proof of Address and Degree of Divorce and my mother sent only ID , Pay slip and Bank account she ddnt send Proof of Address and Degree of Divorce my mother then reconsidered the loan and she decided to cancel the loan and she informed the Dc Payment Solutions about the cancellation of the loan by sending a letter of cancellation so the Dc Payment Solutions told my mother that she's owing R2765,45 this year on the 16 January , Which is not making since because she didnt receive the loan and she wasn't informed that there was cancellation fee. We kindly requesting you to help us Because now my mother is currently being blocked from opening up any account with any shop or apply for loan from bank. Dc payment Solutions tell ********** .
