Complaint very bad service from Zelda Garzouzie

My Experiences with DC Solutions so far are very bad. They been handling my account since May 2016 the lady that help me told me that my accounts will be paid off in 3 and a half years time, no one has come back to me since I have been phoning the hole time all of a sudden the manager Zelda Garzouzie don't have answers for me I have send her e-mails and phone her but she never return my mails and nor me calls and far as I am concern is that you will not pay your debts for more than 5years they work out mine for 3 and a half years now mine are all of a sudden 7years this is very bad.
