Bank charges they refusing to pay

I am not impressed about the company. They were supposed to debit once a month on 21st. They went and debited my account twice on the 21st and 31st and the bank charged me. I sent them both my statements and they not responding. I spoke to Thabang Mothupi he told me that the head of finance 'Yana Venter' wont pay even when I sent them proof to refund me the charges that the bank charged. I did not give them the right to debit on the 31st !!!!!
