numerous missing payments

during 2012, six payments were made to Absa, but DC Partner used an invalid account number and as a result the funds reverted back to their bank account. All along I incorrectly accused Absa of bad service. Absa investigated and confirmed the funds were paid back into DC Partner`s bank account. D C Partner denied this and the error was only rectified in January 2015. I then did a full recon. on my account, only to discover two other payments made during January and February 2013 were also paid back into DC Parrner`s bank account.<br> <br> I have been in contact with Elretha to investigate the matter without any positive feedback.<br> I have also requested them to refund interest charged on the payments, but the matter has been pending now for several weeks.
