Bad service

Do not get assistance from them when i got a creditors payment querie and they do not pay my creditors and some of them already paid up and then i start paying the same creditors all over again i also do not get my statement eaxh month and the amount on there differ from the ons from my crediors all the money i paid since march 2015 the can not provide the proof i paid them 3 months for none of my creditors was paid in those 3 months only start paying them in june 2015 but i start paying by debit order from march 2015 i asked for each and every creditors from the start proof of payment till today none was received i stop paying 2 creditors after done paying then i must stsrt paying them from the start so were dit all that money that they took from debit go to if it was not paid to creditors. I will stop my debit order and they wont get a sent and will pay my creditors which i believe i am still paying not the ones i must start paying again i am not satisfied with them never was got alot of qeuries and if i mail or call them they got issues when i do and does not assist only saying they busy working on it and will call me back whuch they never do untill today i am still waiting but ya if they see my debit order dit not went off then they will call first thing then i will not answer cause i am still waiting for my answer on all creditors and proof of payments they re the worst debt counceling business i ever come across with will cancel with them but no one assists me so how do i cancel only way is cancel debit order
