Worst service ever from a debt councillor

<p>I signed up with this company in 2015 and made payments till Sept 2016 to this date i dont know what they did with my money nor are they responsive when i ask for my debt review court order, they only issued a 17.w form which is insufficient.</p> <p> </p> <p>They dont answer phone calls or e-mails sent to their ********** account. Just and automated response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Was told by the people at the NCR to lodge a complaint which I did (I find the people at the NCR very helpful and informative more than what can be said by Liberty 42 or DC Fin Free whatever they go by these days) and was informed that i should take legal action against Liberty 42 / DC Fin Free which i will be doing.</p>
