Payment Dispute Query

<p>Company: DCFINfree, Head office of libery42. I called on Numberous occasions and everyone seems to be busy all the time with no one to fix my query or call me back. I finally logged a formal complaint on the 29th June 2016 and up until now no one has ever contacted me back. I would like to log a complaint to have the company either investigated or at the least provide a better customer service. Group suppose to be helping is customer care: Senior Agent by the name of Nazlee Van Heerden, and they apprently have no one i can escalate to higher then the receptionists.</p>
